We are the Michelbergers, an independent family business that includes a one-of-a-kind hotel, a regenerative farm, farm-to-table restaurants, a distillery and music festivals. The Fountain of Youth is our coconut water.
While lazing around on a beach in 2011, someone gave us a young, green coconut with a straw poking out. Back home, we couldn't find any coconut water that tasted as good as it does straight from the nut so we set out to make our own. The Fountain of Youth is now its own little team with a HQ in Berlin and active partners in more than 15 countries.
