Refund policy

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Items that were incorrectly shipped

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged by misuse

Return Process

  2. Authorization: wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping items back
  3. Package items: Securely package items with all original materials and documentation
  4. Ship Back with the prepaid return label provided to you

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days for refunds to appear (varies by payment provider)

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: we provide prepaid return labels
  • Original Shipping: non-refundable unless item was defective or incorrectly shipped

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. We'll process both transactions separately

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement will be processed immediately upon receipt

International Orders

  • Customers responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Additional processing time may apply

Refund Exceptions

  • Items returned without authorization may be refused
  • Refunds will be reduced by any promotional discounts applied to the original purchase
